[rsbac] FreeBSD port

The original paper, written by Leonard LaPadula, on which RSBAC is based can 
be found at the bottom of the RSBAC links page (http://www.rsbac.org/links/). 
It is rather scientific, but there is some information in there about the 
actual implementation (which was done on System V).

The biggest problem is probably getting the kernel hooks in. You could have a 
look at how TrustedBSD does that, they probably have to hook at similar 
places (mostly).

I'm willing to devote some time in helping such a port, if you can find a few 
kernel developers (I don't use FreeBSD myself and also know nothing about 
it's kernel).
