No, not yet. There have been two project starts, for NetBSD and 
FreeBSD (AFAIR), but both were abandoned for various reasons before 
they produced real code.

The RSBAC structure should allow porting with not too much pain and 
keeping large areas of common code, e.g. the complete decision 
modules, but it just has not been done yet.
