[rsbac] introduction

Hello everybody!

Just wanted to say hello and ask what people on the list
think about integration of rsbac into the Linux kernel?

Why do you think it should get integrated and what arguments
do you have against it? Are there problems rsbac
has to fix before it gets integrated?
