[rsbac] Documentation

Hello,
I am currently writing a documentation on rsbac in french. The idea is 
to describe every command, to regroup them by module (when they are part 
of a module) and to give examples of the usage.

So here are my two questions :
  - does a documentation like this already exists ? (I don't like to 
make useless work !)
  - are you interested by such a documentation ? (I think I could 
translate it in english without much effort if necessary)
