[rsbac] Re-Occuring error with prepatched 2.6.9 kernel

Hello,

I got the following error messages when I tried to compile the 2.6.9 
pre-patched kernel under Suse Linux 9.1:

/usr/src/linux # make all

  CC      rsbac/data_structures/rc_data_structures.o

include/linux/file.h:36: error: previous declaration of `__fput'
make[2]: *** [rsbac/data_structures/rc_data_structures.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [rsbac/data_structures] Error 2
make: *** [rsbac] Error 2

Did anyone else receive this error-message during compilation ?

Commenting out _fput in fs.h fixed the problem and compilation went on 
without any further problems.
