[rsbac] Weird vfs log error (rsbac 1.2.3 - 2.6.9)

I hardly found a really related NOT_GRANTED message, since i have a few 
but unrelated
besides, the errors only happens on some high I/O operations, like 
uncompressing kernel or emerging packages.. didn't happen before 2.6.9, 
i'll go back to 2.6.7 and checkout if its really since 2.6.9
