I want to use 'Set Read Requests' for example.

rsbac_rc_role_menu -> Select a role -> Type Comp FD -> Select a type

The bits are now: 00000000000000001000000000010010110000001110010100000
Then I select 'Unset ALL'.
The bits are now: 00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
Then I select 'Set Read Requests'
The bits are now: 00000000000000000000000000010010010000001100010100000

Uh strange, when I tried that the last time the bits were still 0 after
selecting 'Set Read Requests'.
