[rsbac] Bugfix for busy inodes

Hello folks,

the attached bugfix solves the busy inodes on umount issue. Since this bug 
also prevented a full cleanup of the dentry cache, mount/umount related hangs 
(specially on SMP systems) might also be solved.

Those of you who had such problems, please try the patch and give us some 
info afterwards.
