[rsbac] Nameservers for remoteserver.org offline

Hi folks!

Unfortunately, the nice guys from dnsart.com had to shut down their free DDNS 
service due to repeated DOS attacks against their nameservers.

This means that the list and rsync server rsbac.remoteserver.org is currently 
not available for direct access, but this list works fine. I will do my best 
to get it back as soon as possible.
