[rsbac] Prepatched kernel source trees on rsbac.org

As our provider increased our monthly traffic limit from 1.5 to 25 GB, I 
dared to upload full prepatched kerner source trees for 2.2.20-v1.1.2 and 
2.4.18-v1.1.2 into http://rsbac.org/kernels. We will see what happens.

Not that we ever came near the 1.5 GB, it is just that these files are just a 
bit larger...

What versions are important to you? There is still space for a few more, I 
could even upload the latest pre as well, if necessary.
