[rsbac] register/sign up to wiki?

Hi!

I was looking to post my (initial) user experiences to:
https://www.rsbac.org/wiki

I found only:
https://www.rsbac.org/doku.php
which (it's a paste):

Login
Username

Password

Remember me

(which) accepts logins, not registrations.

I found a sign up page on:

https://bugtracker.rsbac.org/signup_page.php

but I'm not sure it would work for wiki if I signed up. And also the
captcha doesn't show, in my TorBrowser, any code that I am supposed to
type so to verify myself.

Any suggestions?

I'd like to post what might be useful to less advanced potential new
users. I have most of the text already prepared.
