I have just pushed the compile fix and 3.0.9. You can just apply 
dfe84d5d0842e30dd28f976ec2ce62be6e7bdc3b for the fix or go to 3.0.9.
Additionally, we also have 3.1.1 in a new repo available at rsbac.org.

RSBAC_DEBUG also allows to debug RSBAC settings, not only the RSBAC itself. So 
I recommend turning it on even for production systems - we also have it on 
everywhere.
