[rsbac] auth

hi,
i have this in my logfile:
Tue Apr  6 19:56:50 2010 :<6>0000000091|rsbac_adf_request(): request
WRITE_OPEN, pid 3234, ppid 3233, prog_name udevd, prog_file /sbin/udevd,
uid 0, target_type DEV, tid char 01:11, attr open_flag, value 32834,
result NOT_GRANTED by ACL

The system is booting but on reboot is hang on the last stage unmounting
LVM.

How  can i set this up?
I try this:
acl_grant USER 0 WRITE_OPEN DEV

but its not solve the problem.
