Amon is currently unavailable, however, you can find a rough roadmap of
the project here:
http://www.rsbac.org/todo

It is updated every now and then. Otherwise, everything is in SVN at:
http://svn.rsbac.org/

More specifically, we plan to release 1.4.0 very soon.
