[rsbac] about ACL masks

[Fix]

Is there any reason why rsbac_acl_menu does not allow to change ACL mask for DIR? 
$ acl_mask -s 0000000000000... DIR /path/to
works fine.

$ grep -A5 ^check_mask_rights /usr/bin/rsbac_acl_menu
check_mask_rights () {
  if test "$TYPE" = DIR
  then
    return
  elif test "$TYPE" = "DEV"
  then
