[rsbac] Kconfig bug in pre 1.3.3 patch

OK. If PaX is't patrt of official RSBAC modyfication I'm looking only
for RSBAC patch (as single file) against vanilla 2.6.21.1 tree.
Q: whewre I can find this ?
