[rsbac] Anyone successful with 1.3.0 patch to 2.6.18.6

Building 2.6.19.2-rsbac-1.3.1 prepatched on that machine as I wright. Will
have to look at other 2.6.18 patches and see if any need to be moved
forward. I had been reading prepatched as precompiled.
