[rsbac] Anyone successful with 1.3.0 patch to 2.6.18.6

Hi,
	I'm new to list and RSBAC but, have been around linux a while. I
need 2.6.18.6 kernel with more security. I get the following error on
"make menuconfig";

scripts/kconfig/mconf arch/i386/Kconfig
arch/i386/Kconfig:808: can't open file "rsbac/Kconfig"

with the following patch applies;

patch-linux-2.6.18.2-rsbac-1.3.0.diff.bz2.

	The other patch I found patch-linux-2.6.18-rsbac-1.3.0.diff.bz2
does not apply cleanly to 2.6.18.6.
