Yes.

On further investigation I found that setting it to "Inherit from
Parent" also does not work; child processes are still type 0 with that
setting regardless of the parent type.

I'm not sure if this is related, but using rc_force_role also creates
processes of type 0 regardless of the def_process_execute_type of the
new role.
