[rsbac] info AMD64/EMT64

I will probably need to use rsbac on 64bit machines AMD64/EMT64 (AMD or 
Intel, for example on Xeon cpu).

From what I understand I would be able to install the 32bit kernel and 
run that, right?

But I could decide to run natively 64bit, in this case though I will 
have to compile rsbac on a 32bit machine. Is there any 
problem/suggestion in cross compiling rsbac kernel and tools?
