[rsbac] "Unable to lock password into physical memory!"

Hello,

I tried the rsbac UM module, but if I want to disable or change the users's password, I get the following error:

server:~# rsbac_usermod -P root
Unable to lock password into physical memory!

I tried this in global softmode first. 

The strace output is:
server:~# strace -e mlock,mlockall rsbac_usermod -P root
mlock(0x746f6f72, 0)                    = -1 ENOMEM (Cannot allocate memory)
Unable to lock password into physical memory!

I use rsbac 1.2.5.1 with 2.6.14.4 kernel. 

What made I wrong? Any suggestions?
