[rsbac] amd64<->i386

Accidentally booting an i386 kernel after the use of amd64 resulted in 
panic (RSBAC error messages regarding reading rsbac attributes, and SEARCH 
problems due to access restrictions). After rebooting with amd64 kernel 
rsbac_check fixes a lot.
The i386 kernel error messages contain things like reading 19 attributes 
instead of 21, and loading -1038 SCD stuff, etc.
