[rsbac] DAZ & cache

Tha patch works fine in 1.2.5, I have a feeling that it slows down a 
little the system, but I cannot prove it. Anyway, I am running now 
kernel 2.6.13.02-rsbac_ws_v1.2.5_bf00_pax_soft_FC4 and everything seems 
ok (but I have only a few hours of test).
