[rsbac] new fedora-3 rpms

The following updates have been uploaded to

  kernel-2.6.11.12-rsbac_v1.2.4_bf05_pax_soft.i686.rpm
  kernel-sourcecode-2.6.11.12-rsbac_v1.2.4_bf05_pax_soft.noarch.rpm

This kernel seems to be reasonably stable, it does not have 
RSBAC symlink-redirection compiled in as suggested by Amon, waiting for 
a fix of this problem.
