[rsbac] silly RES question

Just to be sure I understood correctly, I set some res_max limits to the
default user (4294967292=-4) with attr_set_user, now since the default
user belongs to RES ROLE 0, this default applies only to users in the
RES ROLE 0, which in my case means that they do not apply to root and
secoff (role 2 and 1 resp.). Correct?

So if I want to apply my RES default to ALL users on the machine,
besides to user 4294967292 I have also to apply singularly to user 0 and
400 and any other user not with RES ROLE 0, or is there a smarter way?

Thanks, Andrea
