[rsbac] Proposed symlink redirection bugfix 1.2.4-7

Hello folks,

after some time of thinking and quite a few tests the symlink problem 
(rare file not found) seems to be solved. The attached patches are my 
proposed fixes, which seem to be running fine and even avoid extra 
string allocation and copying, if not redirected.

Those of you who encountered problems: Can you please test these 
patches and report?
