[rsbac] boot & softmode

Good news, I am now able to boot in secure mode with kernel
kernel-2.6.10-rsbac_v1.2.3_bf11_pax_as2b (devel) on a standard
installation of Fedora Core 3 and fully modular kernel built in rpm as 
by RedHat guidelines. I do not know when the problem [it was a
problem with initrd] got fixed and by whom (rsbac, kernel, initrd ...)
but it works except for a couple of complains (due to rsbac protection)
by /sbin/kmodule that cannot access kmem.
