[rsbac] compiling the admin tools

I haven't gotten any messages from this list for over a month so I'm not
sure if something is wrong or not.

Anyway, I just tried to download the latest version.  I can't get the
admin tools to compile.  I get the following errors:

Any help would be appreciated.  I'm pretty sure I have all the required
packages.  I'm doing this on a Fedora Core 4 system.
