[rsbac] fail to pathch the kernel

Hello,

please use rsbac base on vanilla kernel or
use fixed branch (http://fixed.rsbac.mprivacy-update.de/)
or prepatched kernels without patches from third party 
(http://www.rsbac.org/download/kernels/).

You spotted colissions in patching source code in a while
of using vendor kernel.
