[rsbac] RSBAC v1.2.4-pre2 released

Hi!

The next pre-release v1.2.4-pre2 has just been released.

It is available from http://rsbac.org/download/pre (the pre-patched 
kernel archives are still uploading).

Changes from pre1:
  * Change RC copy_role to be allowed with role in admin_roles
  * Log full program path, get dentry from mappings for this
  * Several bugfixes in User Management, all bugfixes from v1.2.3 and
     many others

I consider this pre2 as quite mature, but sure it needs a lot of 
testing.
