[rsbac] RSBAC v1.2.3-pre4 released

Hi everybody!

Right for the Cebit, the new RSBAC pre release v1.2.3-pre4 for kernels 
2.4.24, 2.4.25, 2.6.3 and 2.6.4 has been uploaded to http://rsbac.org/pre 
(pre-patched kernels to /kernels). The mirrors should update over night. 

Please test and report.

Changes from pre3:

- Port to 2.4.25 and 2.6.4
- Faked (root) user ID in ''getuid()'' to make stupid programs with 
  uid checks happy.
- Full log separation between syslog and RSBAC log, also for debug
  messages (except rsbac_debug_aef). RSBAC now really shuts up, if
  rsbac_nosyslog is set, and sends everything to RSBAC own log only.
- ACL learning mode for user rights to filesystem objects, parameter
  rsbac_acl_learn
