Just a small correction I think:

- Amon removed the regression suite because he realised it was now 
violating the copyright of Brad (since Brad added the notice about it), 
while he thought this regression suite was originally under the GPL and 
he (Amon) was mistaken.

Emails as seen on this list have been sent from Brad with Amon Ott as 
name ("by way of Amon Ott <ao at rsbac.org>" => spender at grsecurity.net), 
which is a really poor pratice, together with the content of the mail, 
and the bug reports (your product has bugs in jail, i let you find them 
out, have fun), which is what made Amon angry.
