[rsbac] Starting up RSBAC mirrors

Hi!

Inspired by a friendly offer from Slacktech, I want to initiate a set of full 
www.rsbac.org mirrors. Until recently, I thought the rsbac.org site to be 
sufficient, but mirrors are probably better.

RSBAC mirrors will show up at rsbac.org/mirrors.htm. I'd specially like to 
have some full mirrors outside Germany or Europe, because it reduces traffic 
and interrupted transfers of the longer files for the people out there.

So, if you are willing to setup and maintain a regular mirror of the full 
www.rsbac.org or livecd.rsbac.org servers (ca. 500MB together), please send 
me a note. I will be away for two days, but will try to answer mails.
