[rsbac] RSBAC v1.2.4-pre1 released

Hello everyone!

Right for the Sucon '04 talk and the Linux Kongress 2004 tutorial, the 
first pre of v1.2.4 has been released. You find the code in the 
pre-dir at http://rsbac.org/download/pre/

Changes from v1.2.3:

    *  Per-parent-type def_fd_create_type, fallback to global default 
value
    * Add kernel user management with all passwd/shadow functionality 
and full RSBAC access control
    * Add PAM and NSSwitch modules to access the new user management
