[rsbac] Upgrading from 1.2.2 to 1.2.3

After the upgrade, in softmode, check:

Role "Get status data" and " MODIFY_SYSTEM_DATA " flags  are correctly set
for PROCESS and  DEV attributes,

ACL -> process->default "modify system data" and "get status data" are set
correctly

ACL -> DEV -> default "get status data" is set correctly.

These settings might be off due to the upgrade.
