[rsbac] RSBAC and OpenAFS Kernel Null Pointer Exception

Amon,

	This seems to have fixed the problem, however the patch didn't 
properly apply to the file (there are about 5 different places that a 
match was found.)

	Is AFS recognized as a network filesystem? I only saw checks for SMB, 
CODA, NFS, and NCP.
