[rsbac] Software patents in the EU

Hi!

Since software patents can threaten any free software project, like RSBAC, I 
decided to support the Petition for a Software Patent Free Europe. You can 
find a link directly on the RSBAC homepage.

To give you an idea what might happen, I suggest a look to the US. Just 
search for "selinux patent issues" on Google, and you will find how the 
SELinux project can easily be endangered by such patents.
