[rsbac] RSBAC ported to 2.6.0-test4

Hi!

The port to 2.6.0 is finished at alpha test level. If you are interested, you 
can download the current state from the rsync server at 
http://rsync.rsbac.org/ (or rsbac.dyndns.org for rsync access).

I will soon make a 1.2.3-pre1 for 2.6.0-test4, 2.4.22 and 2.2.25.

BTW: How many people still need 2.2 kernel support? Just to get an idea...
