Serious MAC bug (was [rsbac] Mac role functions)

I'm getting compile errors with the new patch.
mac_main.c: In function 'rsbac_adf_request_mac':
mac_main.c:3131 'A_mac_initial_sec_level undeclared'

Should this be defined under
linux/include/rsbac/aci_data_structures.h?
I looked at 
http://rsbac.dyndns.org/rsync/linux-2.4.22-rsbac-v1.2.2/include/rsbac/aci_data_structures.h

and it's not defined in there

Anyone else running into such problems?
