[rsbac] RSBAC v1.2.3-pre2 uploaded

Hi!

The new pre version 2 for v1.2.3 has just been uploaded to
http://rsbac.org/pre, the pre-patched 2.4.22 and 2.6.0-test9 kernels are 
almost uploaded.

Changes against pre1:
- LSM hook usage removed (see http://rsbac.org/lsm.htm)
- New AUTH learning mode

This pre will stop the 2.6.0 port and LSM hassle and serve as a starting point 
to work along my to-do list.
