[rsbac] RSBAC List and Rsync service interruptions

Hi!

Along with the move into my new office on 20th of March (this Thursday), the 
RSBAC mailing list and rsync server might be unavailable for several days, 
starting on that date.

As soon as the new DSL connection us up and running, we should be back 
online. www.rsbac.org will not be affected, because it is an outsourced 
virtual server.
