[rsbac] General RSBAC-Reset

Hello everyone,

I'm currently getting used to RSBAC and am trying to implement it for
several server installations. Needless to say some of my design ideas
are.. flawed ;)
If I decide to start from scratch, can I reset all RSBAC rights & roles
& whatnot to the default in some painless way? I don't want to reinstall
the system if I can avoid that.
