Hello folks,

here comes yet another bugfix for 1.2.2, this time in the networking code.
Thanks to Andreas Baetz for pushing the fact that this is really a bug, not
some protocol weirdness. This mistake of mine kept the bug going from good
old version 1.2.0. :(

On the fly I added md5sums and GnuPG certs to the 1.2.2 bugfixes on the Web
page, because the bugfixes were the only RSBAC code without a signature. All
future bugfixes will be signed.

6. General/Network: wrong remote ports

    * What you see: In some requests using remote endpoints, e.g. SEND and
RECEIVE, a wrong port number is used for access control and printed in the
logs.
    * What is wrong: In these cases, the port number in network byte order is
not converted to host byte order (e.g. port 53 showed up as 13568 = 53*256).
    * RSBAC versions affected: 1.2.0-1.2.2
    * What you should do: Apply this patch (MD5 / GnuPG Cert) to get it fixed
and change your network templates and/or access control settings to use the
same port numbers for these requests as for the other ones (CONNECT etc.).
