Here is the first bugfix candidate, not yet official.

Important note: The bugfix changes RSBAC behaviour and may have implications 
for your template definitions and rights, some changes could be necessary.

Andreas: You will also have to apply the getname.c fix to get corrected logs, 
please test it out. I will also run further tests.
