[rsbac] Patch 2.4.22-v1.2.2.gz uploaded to /pre

Hi!

The v1.2.2 patch for the new kernel version 2.4.22 has been uploaded to /pre. 
Please test it and report any problems. As usual, it will be moved to 
/patches after a few days without problem report.

Note: the patch for kernel 2.4.21 does not work with 2.4.22, because one file 
gets patched at a wrong place (file fs/proc/base.c).
