[rsbac] roles

heh, just a few questions on roles:

In rsbac for begionners, it says to grant acl access
of target passwd_fd to role admin password, but in the
acl menu I can not find anything to grant access to a
target?

Also, apart from restricting file/dir access to users,
but allowing them to programs, what else is possible?
