[rsbac] problems building 2.4.18+1.2.0

hi,

tried several times, made 100% sure i did not forget to:
extract 1.2.0 in kernel tree
patch it
apply even rsbac-bugfix-v1.2.0-3.diff
make menuconfig
touch Makefile

yet i get:
