[rsbac] logs

Hi,
strange with logs:

without rklogd
'ls /rsbac' gives console messages only, no syslog

with rklogd
'ls /rsbac' gives console+security_out messages, no syslog

kernels 2.4.17/2.2.20, rsbac 1.1.2, kernel config:
# CONFIG_RSBAC_SYSLOG is not set
CONFIG_RSBAC_RMSG=y
# CONFIG_RSBAC_RMSG_EXCL is not set
CONFIG_RSBAC_RMSG_NOSYSLOG=y
CONFIG_RSBAC_XSTATS=y
# CONFIG_RSBAC_RW is not set

what do I do wrong?
