[rsbac] Kernel make error and Capabilities doesn't make log

Hello!

I want to make a kernel 2.4.18 with rsbac-1.2.0-pre8 patch and got the=20
following error:

I  tried to make other systems the same way, and I got same error.

My system:
-Redhat 7.2
-Gcc 2.96
-Glibc 2.2.4-24=20
-make 3.79.1

Other problem CAP module doesn't make syslog messages at all.
Please help me as soon as possible.
