[rsbac] New 1.2.0-pre6 benchmarks on rsbac.org

Hello out there!

These days I have run some benchmarks for the first 1.2.0 release candidate 
(pre6), which have just been compiled and added to the benchmark page.

Most of the numbers look worse than 1.1.2, but we have more functionality 
(e.g. TTL, networking, new CAP module, new interceptions), better module 
separation and a much better handling of large lists (see MS results). Still, 
I had hoped for better results.
